Edit, Delete, or Restore a Queue

Edit a Queue

From the Queue Management screen:

  1. Click the Edit icon .
  2. Make your desired changes.
  3. Click Update.

Delete or Restore a Queue

After a queue has been created, you can delete it at any time. Deleted queues can also be restored easily.

To delete a queue:

  1. From the Queues Management screen, click the X button next to a queue’s name.

To restore a queue:

  1. From the Queues Management screen, click the Restore button next to a queue’s name.
